Stubbs began the project with his real estate hat on by scouting a new location. Then he switched back to consultant mode to help the couple decide what should stay and what should go from the first house’s decades of accumulated artwork and furnishings. He used color-coded stickers to keep track of everything — the collection was so extensive that some pieces were donated to a museum.
